Immortal PC drawbacks

I want to make an immortal pc but idk what the drawbacks should be. The immortality that I want is when he dies he comes back but I want him gradually get more aggressive and brutal the more he dies and comes back. I was also thinking of only having 2 death saves instead of 3 so that it could actually work. Any other thoughts or drawbacks?
