Obligatory “Who Should I Wish For”

I had Yuuhime on here but then I got her on the gold record spin so now I don’t know who to put here. I really like the designs of Ossana, Elif, Hailey, and Liam, but I don’t know how good any of them are or if there’s a more useful esper in here I should nab.

(Don’t know if it’s completely relevant info but the only shimmer legendaries I have are Toland and Jiang Jiuli, and I really like Toland so if there’s a good support for him here or smth that’d be great)
