Buyer photoshops item to get their money back

A while ago I sold Prada shoes to someone for $80. All seemed to be good until depop emails me telling me that my buyer filed a claim. They said the item was not listed as described and already sided with the buyer. Depop never gives me an option to dispute the claim.

The buyer ended up photoshopping the size of the shoe from size “41” to size “40”. I showed depop the receipt of my original purchase of the shoes as well as an image of the true size listing, but they completely ignored it. The buyer blocked me, depop said that once a refund occurs, there is no way for me to reverse it.

The crazy thing is that the photoshop is evidently fake and the embossing of the “40” is blatantly wrong.

So now I’m a broke college student down $80 because someone decided to steal money from me and a platform supports them. Depop said there is nothing they can do, do I still email them and bother them? Idk who to contact.
