No title, only consistency this time around

a little bit late to start the year, but here are the daily habits i'll be incorporating starting from tomorrow to make this year a great one.

  1. Fixed sleep schedule, starting from going to bed at 11:30 everyday and waking up at 7:30 strictly.
  2. After waking up, do 10x3 pushups everyday, no phone for the first 2 hours of the day, rather focus on getting fresh and some sunlight
  3. Do a night skincare and journal everyday before sleep on how the day went and listing out the 3 things i'll do tomorrow.
  4. Maintaining a proper hygiene routine i.e, shaving, cleaning my room/wardrobe on every weekend.
  5. reducing social media usage to almost zero.
  6. trying to consume 4 liters of water and 60-70g of protein every day.
  7. 3x gym/week.

Any suggestion/motivation appreciated
