Finding Jerseys on DHGate

1. Is DHGate or Jenna2021 better?

2. I'm looking for a Penn State Jersey from DHGate and couldn't find one myself by searching on the website. I did find a link to a good one on Reddit but I want to know how to find things myself for future reference. Because the good link didn't even show up when I searched Penn State
