Help!

Yesterday i beated TOWW and everything was fine. Today i'm automatically failing quests even when i choose accept, getting pop ups about followers that have been dead for days (Only the ones i sacrificed or ate, not the ones who died from old age) And one of my children dissapeared just to re-appear and dissent that exact moment???

Is my entire game corrupted or is just this file? What can i do to fix it? I'm playing on Xbox and idk if this is a glitch or if it happens to more people

Please help
