[FO] a labour of love

I originally planned to make this for my mum for Christmas (she loves chickens). Once I started the pattern, I quickly realized it was insanely complicated and far above my current skill level. However, I persisted and on 18ct to boot. So many confetti stitches and a ton of colours which all looked alike. It almost drove me mad. Fortunately it's her birthday this month, so it can be a birthday gift instead.

If you're of a sensitive disposition, maybe don't look at the 4th picture, I'm not sure when I gave up trying to keep the back neat, but it's an accurate representation of my state of mind by the end. Also my first attempt at framing
