Picked these chucks up at good will, wondering if anyone can tell me the authenticity or where they’re from

I found these at good will but I’ve never seen chucks that look like this before, the exterior has a weird rubbery feel instead of canvas and the inside is soft and padded the soles are also neon yellow and black can’t be replaced because the shoes are brand new!
