REIT AM —> Acquisitions, Capital Markets or Investment sales?Is it possible at age 25?

I am currently an AM analyst at a large REIT (federal, kimco, brixmor, eq, etc) and I just don’t love the day to day. I have always been attracted to acquisitions, underwriting, and more finance concepts, but did not have that opportunity out of college.

Do you think it’s possible to make the pivot into any of the above listed roles? I want to be a deal maker if that makes sense. Please don’t roast as I am still trying to figure my life out lol. I feel like my time is running out as I just turned 25. What’s my best path forward? In NYC btw
