What credible discounters have the absolute lowest prices?

Right now I just have a lot of notifications set on aurafragrance because no other discounters come close. Are there any that you know of with similar or better prices? I feel like i have checked so many but I am not willing to pay more when I can wait for aurafragrance.

Also how often do you all see restocks on aurafragrance?
