The Jeffrey hate

I find it strange. While yes, he CAN do terrible things, so can everyone else in the games. The annoying part is that his mannerisms is usually what is used to insult and dogpile him. It is very frustrating. It sets the sentiment that it’s okay to be a horrible person if you’re attractive or at least not neurodivergent. No other character besides the obvious (Nichole’s brother) is hated more. People love to turn to Nichole’s upbringing to defend her, yet don’t think twice about the other’s upbringings, especially someone like Jeffrey, who could very well also have an awful backstory. Just because it isn’t shown gives people the confidence to adore whenever he’s victimized. It makes me sad, as people like him (that are less bad) are treated like he is by the fanbase.
