Need Some Advice. Dealership damaged my rim during service.

Went in for an Oil change and MIL recall (Aug7th). I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back roughly 6 hours later. After picking up my car and starting it, i did a quick walkaround as the car was warming up in the dealer lot and shortly after noticed the the ding on my rear passenger rim and marks on tire. I then drive to the service garage to show them the damage caused by one of their mechanics. The 1st response i got was that it was curb rash and how they dont have any curbs on property, basically disregarding my claim.

We ended up going back and forth for awhile and i came to the conclusion that maybe the arm of the hoist made contact with rim and tire. Of course the service manager denied that and claimed that there would be yellow paint transfer on the tire/rim if that was the case.

He ended up stating that they have curbs in the back lot but insisted it was not fault of their dealership.

I demanded to see video at the time which he said that he will review the video and get back to me which he did today. He stated that no damage was made to my vehicle while in their care. He has invited me the week after next to view footage and made clear that he will not be able to preview the entire footage.

What can i do in this situation? All i have are the pictures of the damage done
