High triglycerides at 16 but normal cholesterol?

My triglycerides were at 274 mg/dl. Should be below 90 for my age.

168 mg/dl cholesterol

40 mg/dl hdl

90 mg/dl ldl

Grandmother also has familial hypercholesterolemia and doctors suspect my mom has it too

To be fair I had just ate before I went but these are still high even for that. I have cardiophobia so this doesn't help me at all. Should I be worried?
