Should vets go easy on new players in duels?

Fellow skilled warriors and veterans. I’m torn between going super easy, throwing back simple counters or just going all out. As a good player, I feel somewhat responsible for not crushing any new players so they can enjoy the game and join this awesome community. But also, even when I was a noob, I enjoyed the huge gap between me and the better players, and I think it taught me a lot when they were fighting me all out. But idk, what do yall think?
