Regine apparently announced during a press conference that Stell of SB19 fame would be a guest at her concert, but later learned that he would be unable to attend. Her management (I think her sister) immediately issued a statement and offered refunds for tickets purchased from the date of the presser through the date on which her management issued a statement.
I don’t think Regine needed to do this, and many fans are saying as much on their comments on social media, but it engendered positive feedback and goodwill so it’s a win-win.
