chameleon that doesn’t like to be held fell asleep on me?

he doesn’t really like being held but we’re working on getting him used to it, i was trying to get him to go back in his cage but he was refusing to climb off or move at all, then he just pressed his body all the way down on my body and closed his eyes and fell asleep. he really doesn’t like being held, he was refusing to move the entire time i was holding him. maybe i was just holding him too close to bed time? idk if this is a good sign or not lol
