Is this a good deal?

Curious everyone's thoughts on this Scat Pack! Not a fan of cloth seats but according to my local dodge dealership its certified so I would get a 7 year/100k mile powertrain warranty with it... Instead of a 5 year/60k mile warranty... What would you do/offer?
