Help needed!

I'm from Mexico and I need some sort of service to get my phone back to normal. The background is have to do several calls to USA and I use several methods to block my number so they don't see is a call from here and they can take the call. But lately people aren't answering my calls at all... I don't know if the imei is banned and now all the sims that I put maybe instantly show as spam to the people I make the calls. Anyways, I'm hoping someone here may have something that can sell me as a service to solve this problem.
