Cat has fleas- Is it safe to visit boyfriend?

Today I found two fleas on the floor and some flea dirt on the bed. Immediately washed cat in dawn, cleaned everything, treated her w a spray that works instantly and up to 2 weeks, and got a spray for the house as well. I was planning to see my boyfriend tonight, who also has a cat. I was going to change right before going over there (going to work in between for a few hours). Is that safe or would it put his cat at risk? I only saw two adult fleas and the larvae is all dying off now.
