Need advice po regarding participation fee, we just want to know if we are charge correctly.

Hi po! I need advice lang po regarding participation fee, nagclaim po kasi kami last year and today po nagchat yung agent sa husband ko and ang sabi is ang participation fee namin is 27k. We wanted to know po if this is “correct”. Comprehensive insurance (not sure if pwede i-mention yung insurance company)po yung meron kami, and mag-2nd year yung car sa Nov. Sorry po wala lang matanungan na iba dahil 1st car ng family po for both sides. Salamat na po agad sa mga magccomment :) let me know po if may details pa na need ako na iprovide para mas malinaw po.
