First Car for P Plater?

So im into sporty cars, and i want my 1st car to be sporty and be modifiable after i get my full licence. my budget is around $25k, but my parents want me to get something more modern. i dont mind any sort of car as long as it aint chinese (not racist, just dont like mg, byd car models) or electric. also i would like a car where i can take my mates in it too, so a 4/5 seater would be nice, but a 2 seater would be fine

basically a decently new sports car that can be modded in the future.
