CTC TOR n Diploma @ registrar - how

Hi! Does anyone know or naka experience pag Certified True Copy sa diploma og TOR sa registrar? What's the process, makuha within the day?

I've been calling them pero wa gyuy manubag.

UPDATE. Online process for records request specifically for CTC was disapproved. The reason for that was they needed me to bring the originals sa registrar to be CTCd. An alternative to not get disapproved was to get another original diploma and/or TOR. I opted for the CTC. 3 business days til ready for claiming. Paid a total fee of 570 for 2 copies of diploma and TOR with dry seal
