Why CU do this

I am a student of BBA(H) and got my sem VI marksheet in September 2024, and sem IV long ago somewhere in 2023 and out of nowhere at the Last week of January, College sent this, asking back marksheet for every student in out batch They not even saying what kind of rectification, ignoring and being very clueless but saying it's instructed by CU and is compulsory 🙂
