Can I exchange battery myself?

I just had my 2022 CX-5 in the shop for it’s 40,000 miles maintenance. The dealer tested the battery and said it’s all in the green. Apparently it’s still has 50% life in it. But just in the last two weeks, I had to jumpstart my car 3 times because the battery couldn’t handle it. It was pretty cold on the East Coast but it’s still shouldn’t mean I have to jumpstart my car all the time, right? Now, is it easy to change the battery myself? It doesn’t look that complicated but I have never done it before. Is there a battery better than another one? Or should I just bite the bullet and have the dealer change it for me? Any advice would be appreciated.
