ITS1 Statewide Telework Position

Hello fellow Redditors! I've seen a lot of people posting about ITS positions + 100% telework and how they seem to be a rarity/highly sought after. I was hunting today for telework opportunities and ran across this one. I'm not currently in IT and also not qualified for this position but I thought I'd post it in case anyone is looking.
