What's the one programme " I'm not watching that, I'm not watching that, it's shit , then watched it and you're hooked?

Mine is this season of The Traitors. I haven't watched a single minute of any previous series, but I'm ashamed to say, not only did I watch the first episode, but I'm so invested, I find myself shouting at the TV with supreme involvement.
