About the March update

From what I've seen most of the content is for player who have 30k cp and above. Why? Because dream horse you need to clear mission in kamasilvia. Chaos accessories? You need akrad.new region? 31k cp. I guess I need to ncrease my cp a lot more. And with how high the cp requirement for chaos rift I, most low cp player like me can't enter it without being one shotted by the monster. But correct me if I'm wrong with some of the information.
