New player question

So im thinking of playing this game again

I have played this game before right when the global server is open, but i quit rather quickly

My old account is literally still lv 60 with 3700 CP, i have about 4100 blackpearl, still have the globalwhen title, well i think thats about it

Ive been considering to create a new account and just play the game from scratch again, because i was thinking the rewards for new player should be better right??

What do you guys think? Should i start from scratch or should i continue playing my old account? Which one is better?
