How to withdraw from Localbitcoins??

I'm not that into crypto, but i have some bitcoin in Localbitcoins and they're closing down. The letter says i need a self hosted crypto wallet to withdraw. Could you give any example what it is and how can i create it? I have no other wallets or crypto related accounts.
