Need help regarding the gift /ornament.

So I joined the game from another account(I am new in my previous account too btw.I wanted to start anew idk why . Anyways I just gave my present that I got when I joined game to the black bear(the first NPC that I saw before me ) and then the screen changed and showed the "steering wheel ornament" in some tree. How do I get that or do I already have that? I searched trees in game but couldn't see trees nor my "steering wheel ornament".
