How to get glitter, magic beans and star jellies while macroing?

Hello, I have 41 bees in just an average mid game player trying to get both shoulder pad things as well as the spirit belt, having a ton of trouble getting the glitters for them, is there a way to macro for any of these items? If not can someone list the most efficient way? Please and thank you.
