Regained all weight after gastric sleeve

Back in 2017 I did the gastric sleeve and my weight was 272 pounds and went down to 177 pounds. 6 years later I have regained all of the weight, if not more. I’m currently 293 pounds and I have been trying to do a diet for 4 years and have been unsuccessful. I’ve even tried ozempic and haven’t lost any weight. I’m in a desperate position and I’m looking to do a revision surgery to the gastric bypass. I’m wondering if anybody has done a revision surgery before? Because I have tried to call multiple Bariatric doctor offices and they said they don’t do revision surgeries. What would be the reason? Is it more risky or is it because they don’t want to do it because the patient regained all the weight. I’m even willing to pay it all out of pocket.
