Access to hot tubs at other hotels (e.g., Fairmont)

Are there any hot tubs in Banff or Canmore that have public access? I've seen some comments saying something along the lines of "you can visit the Fairmont Banff Springs spa even if you're not a guest" but the posts are from 5+ years ago.
