Admitted for labor 34+5

Hi all. I'm quite nervous and would love some encouragement or stories. I went to L&D for pelvic pain because I couldn't walk. Turns out I'm 3cm and contracting every 4 minutes. They are trying to keep me from giving birth but I'm not sure what the plan is? Oddly I've developed a fever as well in the hours I've been here. I'm so anxious as it is too early and I want baby's lungs to have a chance. His heart rate is also very high and they're trying to bring it down. Anyone have similar experiences?
