BMW 3 or 4 series Budget 25.000€ recommendations

Hi, I need sum recommendations for BMW 3 and/or 4 series. My budget is 25.000€ and I thought about a 440i or something. I would really appreciate if you could help me cause I’m really not too much into cars but I want a BMW for my girl. <70.000km would be cool too.
