No loot-container popping up

Hey everyone,

I've just picked up the game again after starting it months ago and stopping playing after 3h.
I also noticed that I installed mods back then and got told that some files were mismatched after starting the game.

I've resolved those issues but now I can't open any loot containers in-game. The icon turns gray and nothing happens. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to restart my game file?
