How to stop ordering food when burnt out?
I’m going through extreme autistic burnout right now, so much so where cooking is so difficult. I end up ordering food everyday which is within my budget but I’m trying to save money for next year also (I’m a university student in my second year). If I continue like this I’ll have to work again in the summer which mentally is not an option for me. But it’s so difficult trying to do anything right now. I struggle to study, sleep, eat and do pretty much anything. So most days I just order food as to avoid not eating enough. Does anyone have any tips? I have got an air fryer and I do have some quick foods in the freezer but nothing seems to be helping. I just keep spending so much money.
