if you were asked to describe your autism in one sentence, what would you say?

I don’t know how to generally “sum up” my autism in one sentence to someone who may not know much about it. I want to tell someone about my diagnosis and how it affects me, but I want a quick sentence that really captures most of it. How would you describe it?
