Model/visual reference for full rego portfolio?

Hi all, I'm a QLD teacher on my provisional registration and getting started on my portfolio for full registration and was wondering if there were any good resources online where I can get a general idea of how to present my portfolio.I know there is a guide on the QCT website itself about what to include but I really want an actual model. It seems like a lot of work, and I don't want to waste time doing the wrong thing or including anything unnecessary. I was given a One Note template by my school, and I heard that they're not expecting anything super elaborate but I don't know what is considered too little either. I didn't really have a mentor when I started, and at this point I am a little embarrassed to ask at my school because I have left it a little late (I still have plenty of time, but thinking about it being incomplete stresses me out).
