Cursed Austin Business Locations

Drive by it all the time and it’s always something new. Is there a more cursed restaurant location than NW corner of South 1st and Mary st intersection, across from Bouldin Creek cafe? I think it’s now been 10-15 full fleshed out restaurants that have failed.
