Does anyone here have experience purchasing on the Hong Kong Exchange through CommSec?

I’m having a few issues putting an order in for a stock that’s on the HK exchange through commsec. I’ve got the stock ready to do the order, but something isn’t working right when I checkout. If you have experience a DM would be much appreciated :)
