Legit question. Why is my barely-used, 2 week old, $349 Astro A50 gaming headset doing this?
It unclipped once before and I simply put it back and it seemed fine. Now in the middle of an intense game it just does this and wont stay in place. Never been dropped or abused in the slightest, only ever used by a responsible adult who is literally conducting a comparison/test of this headset. Before I snap to a decision on these I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to Astro and see if there is a known manufacturing issue or something?
