Blood in urine vet not treating

Hi there,

My 2 year old girl Izzy went to the emergency vet for the first time about 1.5-2 weeks ago now. She was given anti-inflammatories and pain killers. She seemed to respond to the meds and was fine until yesterday when I noticed a bloody pee in a suitcase I had on the floor and subsequently noticed her urinating a meowing a lot after that. I took her back to the emergency vets this morning and they just sent me home with pain killers and told me to try get a urine sample over the next 4 days then just go to my regular vet. All of today she has just not moved. She isn’t even sleeping or hanging out in her usually spots she’s spots she staring out the window and waiting next to the pot she’s been peeing in to go and pee again. She ate a bit of dry food but refused her wet food and hasn’t had any water despite my efforts. I am stressing she’s getting much worse and google was suggesting she will die 🥲 I know I shouldn’t trust google but I have work tomorrow and it’s very hard for me to get it off. I’m not sure if I should race to the vet tonight or in the very early hours of the morning.

What’s hard is I’m also very sick right now too and so is my partner. I’m loosing my voice haven’t been able to work for a few days but have no choice tomorrow. Please any advice would be appreciated.
