Any cars that are actually Reliable but have a reputation as trash?

Looking for a 10ish year old suv, I've always had Honda & Toyota because they never give me any trouble, but those carry a premium used. Are there any others out there that lose lots of depreciation but are actually reliable and/or cheap to fix?
