Does someone know the fix of this issue

im trying to do email marketing and i checked mail tester and it gave me a message saying

[SPF] (Domain name) does not allow your server *********** to use [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

ive hidden the actual domain name and my ip. but the message is there. I contacted with my email provider and asked whether he added DNS record to which he showed me the added DNS records and he tested mail tester with his own Email and he had no issue can someone tell me how to solve this
