Japanese car import infotainment

Hi, I bought a Japanese import 2014 Honda Accord this year. As shown in the picture the system is pretty much all in Japanese. Anyone here manage to get their system reprogrammed to English or just installed an android system. Any leads on reliable people who can do either would be appreciated. I'm in the Galway area but willing to travel.
