How does mild-semi starvation does in short period to an obese male?

Hello, looking for some extra opinion as I feel my doctor ignored my question and berated me.

I wonder how semi starvation details below affects a man of my age and weight. What is okay for a while and what should be a red flag. It isn't voluntarily it's forced on me as consequences of my actions.

I'm 31 years old, obese male. In September I weighted around the 140kg and my height is 1.9m Recently I've fell into depression that led to severe financial crisis where I can't afford to eat properly. It's temporary and I really hope the next paycheck will allow me to eat normally. But for now, these past couple of months I've been in semi starvation mode. At first I ate a small bowl of salad a day with a ramen noodles hot cup and 2-3 pieces of bread, but recently prices skyrocketed and I dropped the salad to once in 3 days and I'm eating boiled buckwheat with some spices in really small amounts (like 1/5 of my regular portions which were over portioned), and still eat 2-3 loafs of bread.

Now I'm not doing this to lose weight it's simply financial crisis that will hopefully end soon. Problem is I noticed I'm not hungry anymore. Like, I had a fever last 3 days and in that period I had no appetite so I ended up eating only 4 pieces of white bread with mayo and tomatoes in 3 days but I forced it on myself because I figured not eating so long won't do me any good.

Obviously I dropped some weight but I don't know how much exactly I think last 3 months I lost around 10-15 kilos overall. When I do get paid I plan to resume eating but I want to try and at least not get fatter, and if possible continue losing weight while eating properly but that's not the main focus here.
