Will there be a free and fair election in 2026, 2028?

Can republicans change the way we vote and or rig the system such that democrats don’t have a chance at winning again?

I’m not an election denier, but a handful of things didn’t add up with this year’s election that I believe had the validity to be challenged. Nonetheless, I accept and have accepted the results and know Trump will be president again today.

I’m just worried that his hardline loyalists will work to change elections such that republicans win the overwhelming majority of the time and effectively lock us into Republican governance for decades.

I’m also worried about the fact that there may not even be an election in 2028.

Can Republican really do this?
