ARCTIC CAT GENERATOR AC4000GD2E PARTS

I have an Arctic Cat Generator AC4000GD2E. The bolt on the carburetor bowl corroded and broke. So now the generator is not useable and no one has parts. Does anyone know where to get Arctic Cat parts. Below is what I have been sending to all the Arctic Cat dealers I can find and none of them have parts for my generator. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have an old ARCTIC POWER GENERATOR AC4000GD2E with a motor serial number of # SV403-103757.  I need three parts to repair my generator.  I was able to find the original OEM part numbers for the three parts, but I have not found anyone who sells the parts.  The OEM part numbers are listed below if you need, I can send you the drawings showing the parts and numbers. I have the documents in PDF format.
