Inactive Account Banned for having Lightning Bolt Pack Icon... ⚡️

This pertains to AJPW. I'm hoping for advice on how to proceed with AJHQ's difficult customer support for a ban I find unfair. After a short back and forth with their customer support I was told I was banned for having a "bad pack icon".

The pack icon depicted a circled lightning bolt. I had no idea why I would receive a ban for something like this. I was not given a temporary suspension warning and I have played AJ since 2016 and have never received any suspension. I've been inactive since Halloween, and saw from my emails that I just received a ban a week ago on January 9th.

I combed through the new posts in this subreddit with the tag word "ban" and found a 40 days old post where people were discussing banning a person for portraying a WW2 historical figure with a chauffeur hat and mustache with a similar looking pack symbol. They seemed to be depicting hate. I had no idea that people in this game had used lightning bolts in such a negative way and I think my pack got caught in the the crossfire of reports, because it was listed in the Halloween pumpkin leaderboard and I still could have accumulated reports despite being inactive.

I have always had a clean record on Animal Jam since 2015. I've never gotten a temporary warning suspension. This came out of nowhere with zero warning over a misunderstanding.

I've paid money and put years of effort into these accounts.. I get very stressed with anxiety offline and this game was a wholesome space and creative outlet that made me happy. I'm mostly a solo-player and keep to myself but I always made an effort to be very positive. I also have a lot of escapism in music and had a big passion for collecting band and musician masterpieces, mastertracts, and masterblocks. I had two alts connected to a parent email that was banned, so I can't access either of them. The usernames were: Sapphaeria and Littlemissscare. One was meant to represent wholesome fairy aesthetics and the other was meant to be a "gothic" style that I designed as a rockstar in all black. I had a big passion for discussing music and my pack was meant to be a rockstar/musician guild, with the pack icon reflecting that musical passion. I had plans to create artworks of iconic musicians like David Bowie, KISS, Type O Negative and all kinds of legendary musicians. Even masterpieces representing Slipknot's pentagram logo get approved. I had no idea my pack icon would become a problem. I assumed because the interface options are only basic shapes that there was no possibility of running into a problem, especially because they had already approved it with no issue. If there was a problem I assumed I would have gotten a suspension warning, but not even that was done.

I don't feel like this company cares. It's all about money and they couldn't care less to throw away your account after a transaction. I wrote in my support ticket that I have spent money and the response back was they don't take purchase history into consideration and are fair to all cases, but the issue with that is it's not fair to automatically ban a paying customer who has never had misconduct history before over at least one warning suspension. It's not like I was trolling the game.. It's an honest and easy mistake for a simple icon idea. It's even depicted on public traffic signs.

I don't see the point in starting over again after all of my effort and money I lost. This game preys on kids addiction to buy every new item release. Customers are not dealt with more care in an clear and progressive suspension/ban process to genuine users. Why even bother.

If anyone has advice let me know. I don't expect to get my accounts back because they don't seem to care. I'm not giving up right away and I plan to exhaust my available options first including formally complaining to the Better Business Bureau. If anyone has advice on how to proceed, or suggestions of any similarly wholesome games i'd be interested.. thanks 😞
